Cutting edge tools
Civiltec is equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems, surveying instruments, and software. We prepare engineering plans with Pentium-based computers, digitizers and color plotting equipment. We currently use AutoCAD 2002 with Land Development Desktop and Eagle Point 99 engineering software coupled with many other database and engineering software systems to keep our group on the cutting edge of professional development. We use Geodimeter servo total stations and Trimble Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) surveying systems and are capable of full office to field electronic data transfer.

  • Avenue South Residences land site originated from the GLS (Government Land Sales) last year in 2018.
  • One Pearl Bank Capitaland is centrally located next to Outram Park MRT Station that serves 3 MRT Lines including the North-East Line, the East-West Line as well as the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line. Also, for owners who are taking buses, there are several buses available along Eu Tong Seng Street and New Bridge Road. For owners who are traveling to the city, One Pearl Bank is located right next to Central Expressway (CTE).

The development is also located near Novena MRT and this ensures that movement to and fro is swift and efficient.
  • Park Clematis is priced sensitive and is from $6xxk.  There are 1,468 units in Parc Clematis, sharing a total land of 633,644.38 square feet of land.  There is free shuttle service to Clementi MRT Station upon Parc Clematis TOP in year 2023.
  • Parc Komo was from the enbloc (collective sales) from previously known as Changi Garden.  This Upper Changi North Road condo was purchased by CEL Development (Parc Komo Developer) for $196 million in the year 2017.
  • Parc Canberra site location is at Canberra Link and it is 300 metres away to Canberra MRT Station.  This new MRT station is on scheduled and operate since 2 November 2019.

  • Irwell Hill Residences has a site area of 12, 786.5 sqm and a maximum allowable Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 35,803 sqm. The site has a building height restriction of 36 storeys and total of 540 residential units.
  • Provence Residence EC is one of the 4 residential EC sites situated in Canberra Link under the Sembawang planning area and close to the upcoming Canberra MRT station offered by HDB as part of the GLS program. The site is also close to the CBD which is about 30 mins away and near the upcoming 2bd CBD in Jurong. 
  • Located right on-site alongside The Woodleigh Residences condo will be an upcoming retail mall, as well as a community club for residents to enjoy. The Bidadari estate will additionally feature several restaurants and shops, fulfilling the vision the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) have for the site – a ‘Community in a Garden’.
