Background
From 1988 to 1989, Mr. Cesario was employed by Civiltec Engineering as a chainman. His responsibilities included collecting of information for topographic surveys, setting of monuments for final maps, staking lot lines for new tracts, and resetting of street ties.
From 1989 to 1990, Mr. Cesario was promoted to researcher at Civiltec. His responsibilities included researching information for surveys, tract maps, tentative maps, and utilities associated with improvement plans.
From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Cesario was promoted to drafter at Civiltec. His responsibilities included drafting of topographic surveys, tentative tract maps, parcel maps, sewer plans, water plans, and grading plans.
From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Cesario was promoted to Designer/Staff Engineer at Civiltec. His responsibilities include the designing of pump station and well discharge piping, pump station and well building enclosures, pipeline and metering structures.
Recent Project Experience
Pipeline
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design and drafting of plan view sheets for 70,000 linear feet of various sized pipelines in the Cities of Tustin, Culver City, Lemon Heights, Los Alamitos, Norwalk, Stanton, Placentia, Cypress, Compton, Normandie, Gardena, Cowan Heights, Yorba Linda, Lawndale, Bell Gardens, Willowbrook, Los Angeles, Bell, and Hollydale for Southern California Water Company.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of plan and profile sheets for 396 linear feet of 12-inch Reinforced Concrete pipeline for the City of La Verne, 1,365 linear feet of 12-inch steel pipeline for the City of La Verne, 2,000 linear feet of 12-inch steel pipeline for the City of Azusa, 2,300 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipeline for the City of Azusa, 6,071 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipeline for the City of Alhambra, 7,500 linear feet of 24-inch pipeline for San Gabriel County Water District, 4,750 linear feet of 48-inch steel pipeline for California Domestic Water Company.
Vaults
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of a 6-inch Water Specialties Meter vault for Santa Ana Heights Water Company.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of a 8-inch Rockwell Turbine Meter vault and 8-inch Cla-Val Pressure Regulating Valve vault for Three Valleys Municipal Water District.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of a 10-inch Water Specialties Tube Meter vault for the City of Azusa.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of two (2) 12-inch rate of flow control stations a 12-inch check valve station and a 12-inch pressure reducing station in the City of Azusa.
Plants and Pump Stations
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the partial design and drafting of the rehabilitation of the CalAm Garth Reservoir in 1996. Mr. Cesario performed design of the structural repairs and piping modifications on the Project. Mr. Cesario was also involved in the design effort in the rehabilitation of the Amherst and Mountain Springs Reservoirs for the City of La Verne.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the partial design and drafting of the rehabilitation of the Bellhaven Plant, Clearview Plant, Howard Plant, Coleridge Plant, Yucon Plant, and the Southern Plant for Southern California Water Company.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of a reclaimed water pump station for the University of Pepperdine and design of an 8,000 gpm booster pump station for San Gabriel County Water District. Mr. Cesario has performed hydraulic analysis and computer modeling of water systems since 1992.
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design of a retro-fit of two (2) Premium Efficiency booster pumps, 400 HP and a 150 HP in the City of Glendora, and a 60 HP Vertical Turbine Pump in the City of La Verne
Mr. Cesario has been responsible for the design and coordination for the widening of Bonita Avenue over the Live Oak Wash at “D” Street in the City of La Verne.
